Port Arthur Community (PAC) is holding a membership drive from July 1, 2010 thru September 30, 2010. Each new member will be entered into a drawing for $100.00, and for each current member that refers someone that joins, their name also goes into a different drawing for another $100.00 prize.
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Port Arthur. Also, any emlpoyee of a US Government Agency in the Golden Triangle can join.
